Our NUMA Warranty: Peace of Mind, Guaranteed

 

Your NUMA furniture is crafted with care and built to last. That's why we offer a warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship from the date your piece arrives at its new home. Should you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to let our team know. We'll assess the situation and arrange for replacement parts, repairs, or, if necessary, a complete replacement.

 

Warranty on each of the items vary, so please see individual details on the product pages for those warranties, in summary for aluminium framed products, this is a 10 year frame warranty but you can contact us HERE, if you would like to discuss warranties in more detail for specific ranges

 

What our warranty doesn’t cover

 

  • Resold Items: Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the NUMA furniture. If you purchased the item secondhand, the warranty is unfortunately not transferable. For gifts, we recommend taking advantage of our convenient gift card scheme.
  •  
  • Commercial Use: NUMA furniture is designed for residential use. The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from commercial use, such as hotels, or other business settings.
  •  
  • External Damage: The warranty does not cover damage caused by external sources, such as accidents, impacts, or extreme weather conditions.
  •  
  • Wildlife and Pet Damage: Damage caused by wildlife or pets is not covered by the warranty.
  •  
  • Care and Maintenance: Please follow the care instructions provided with your NUMA furniture to ensure its longevity. Damage caused by improper care, maintenance, or storage is not covered by the warranty.

  • Cushion Compression: Slight compression of cushions is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under the warranty.
  •  
  • Glass Table Tops: Damage to glass table tops is not covered by the warranty, as it is often caused by external factors.
  •  
  • Cushions, Liners, and Foam: Normal wear and tear of cushions (including gradual sunlight fading), liners, and foam is not covered by the warranty.

  • Umbrella Products: Umbrella products have their own separate warranty, which you can find on the product page or in the product documentation.

Damage After Delivery

 

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. We understand that accidents happen, and while instances of damage in the home are not covered under our warranty, we’re always happy to provide cleaning, care, and repair advice when possible.
