Absolutely! Our outdoor furniture is designed to withstand the elements and can be left outside all year round. However, we do recommend covering it with a NUMA specialist cover during prolonged periods of harsh weather, like snow and ice, to keep it looking its best.
Yes, our cushions are made with quick-drying foam and water-resistant fabric. However, for optimal longevity, we recommend storing them indoors during the winter months or when not in use for extended periods.

Yes all of our current range furniture pieces can be purchased seperately, so you can add extra middle sofas to our modular ranges, or additional dining chairs, or even make your own set! Contact us for more information and let us help you establish a quote for your dream space.
Not, at this stage. However very soon we will be offering most of our ranges in alternative colours and fabric types, including Sunbrella and Outdura. For very large orders, we may be able to provide a custom order in your chosen color or fabric, please contact us for more infomation
Yes, we have a lot to say and show you about our premium quality fabrics and beautiful metal finishes. We have samples of almost all of the materials we use, just contact us HERE and we can arrange them to be sent by express delivery free of charge.

Currently, we only offer delivery within most parts the UK and the USA. We are exploring options to expand our delivery areas in the future.
Some of our furniture requires basic assembly. Clear instructions and any necessary tools are included. If you'd prefer professional assembly, please contact our customer service team, and we may be able to arrange it for a small additional fee.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll automatically hold your order until everything is ready to be dispatched together. However, if you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we're happy to split your order and send those out first at no extra cost. Please note that a very few items are dispatched directly from our trusted suppliers' warehouses. No, as our products are our own in house design and specification, they are only available from us. Our flexible returns policy means that you can shop in confidence in the really unlikely event of you not liking you're new purchase you can return it back to us.
Delivery
We at Numa deliver more than just furniture; we deliver a smooth experience. Expect clear delivery times, respectful handling from our delivery partners, and flexibility to accommodate your needs. After you place your order, we will send an email confirming your order, we will then reserve the stock, and contact you to arrange the delivery. Typically we will contact you 5 days in advance of the delivery, giving you time to prepare. Returns
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you decide your NUMA piece isn't quite the perfect fit for your space, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return it.
