30 Day Return - we offer an easy no fuss 30-day return policy on all our orders.

 

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you decide your NUMA piece isn't quite the perfect fit for your space, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return it.

 

Return Guidelines

 

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Condition: The item must be in as-new condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and in its original packaging.

  •  
  • Damage or Defect: If you are returning the item due to damage or a defect covered by our warranty, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance or see information about our warranty process HERE.

  • Return Shipping Fees: A return shipping fee of $79 applies to returns within our standard service area. Smaller items may have a reduced return shipping fee of $19. For returns outside our standard service area, the return fee will be equal to the original outbound shipping fee.

  • Inspection: Upon arrival at our warehouse, your returned item will be inspected. If it meets the as-new condition criteria, a refund will be issued, less any applicable repackaging, outbound shipping, and return shipping fees.

 

Return Process

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

  • Complete the easy return form [link to form here] to obtain a RAN number

  • Pack the item securely in its original or suitable packaging.

  •  
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method or obtain proof of delivery. Use the RAN number as a reference number with the carrier.

 

Important Notes

 

  • Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  •  
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  •  
  • Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the NUMA furniture and is not transferable.

  •  
  • The warranty is valid only when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal wear and tear.

  •  
  • Damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, or modifications will not be covered by the NUMA warranty.
