On the Day of delivery
To help everything go smoothly and get you relaxing in your new outdoor haven as quickly as possible, here's what you can expect on delivery day:
Before Your Delivery Arrives:

Clear the Way: Make sure the delivery path is clear, both outside and inside your home, if the items need to be brought through your house. This includes hallways, doorways, and any other areas the delivery team might need to navigate.

Prepare the Space: Have the area where you plan to put your new furniture ready. This might involve moving existing furniture or clearing any obstacles.

Check Your Order: Take a peek at your order confirmation to remind yourself of the items you've ordered and their dimensions, just to be sure everything will fit comfortably in your chosen space.
On Delivery Day:

Delivery Window: You'll receive a delivery window from our delivery partner, so you know when to expect them.

Delivery Team: Our friendly delivery team will carefully unload your furniture and bring it to your desired location. They will also unpack the items unless you request otherwise.

After Delivery:

In the Unlikely Event of a Delivery Mishap
We understand that sometimes, even with the best intentions, things don't go exactly as planned. If your NUMA piece arrives in less than perfect condition, please don't fret! Our team is here to help.
To assist us in assessing the situation, kindly send us some snapshots of the product from various angles and distances. If possible, include photos of the box it arrived in, as it might have encountered some turbulence during its journey. Short videos are also welcome if photos can't fully capture the issue. This process can be started HERE and doesn't take long! And we aim to have your issue resolved within 24hrs.
